Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern your use of the SnapReport application (“SnapReport”). By installing or using SnapReport, you agree to these terms.
SnapReport Licence Summary
“SnapReport” refers to the SnapReport application and related code distributed by the developer.
Licence grant
You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use SnapReport for your own business purposes.
A single business licence allows use by one business on up to 3 devices owned or controlled by that business (for example, one phone, one tablet, and one PC). If you operate multiple distinct businesses, you should purchase a licence for each.
Version and updates
A SnapReport licence covers version 1.x of the software. Minor updates, bug fixes, and improvements to version 1.x are included at no additional cost. Future major versions (for example, version 2.x) may be released as separate, optional paid upgrades.
Trial use
SnapReport may provide a free trial limited by number of reports or time. Trial usage is intended to allow you to evaluate the software. The developer may change or remove trial limits for future versions.
Local data storage and backups
SnapReport stores your job data locally on your device. The software does not maintain a central server copy of your jobs, clients, photos, or voice notes. You are responsible for exporting and safely storing backups if you wish to protect against device loss, failure, or reinstallation.
The developer is not responsible for loss of data caused by device failure, user error, or failure to maintain backups.
Privacy
Because SnapReport stores data locally on your device, access to that data is controlled by your device’s security and operating system. The developer does not have access to your job data unless you deliberately share exported files.
If any telemetry or licence checks are added in future versions, they will be limited to what is reasonably necessary to operate the software or enforce licensing, and will not include uploading job content.
Restrictions
- Sell or distribute licence keys to third parties.
- Reverse-engineer or modify SnapReport for the purpose of bypassing licence checks.
- Resell SnapReport as a service without written permission from the developer.
You may make backups of the software and your data for your own use.
No guarantees
SnapReport is provided “as is” without any guarantee of uninterrupted operation or suitability for a particular purpose. You are responsible for checking that generated reports meet any legal or regulatory requirements relevant to your work.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any loss or damage arising from use of, or inability to use, SnapReport.
Changes to terms
These terms may be updated for future versions of the software. Continued use of new versions indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
If you have questions about licensing or use beyond these terms, contact the developer using the details provided on the SnapReport site.
